1. Service Description

Flyrte is an AI-powered conversation assistant designed to help users craft replies for dating platforms including Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, and direct messages.

All replies generated by Flyrte are AI-generated suggestions only. Users are solely responsible for how they use, edit, and send generated content.

2. Important Disclaimer

Please read carefully
  • Flyrte does not guarantee romantic outcomes, dates, or relationships
  • AI replies are suggestions — not scripts to be sent blindly
  • Flyrte is not liable if a reply causes offence, rejection, or relationship damage
  • Using AI-generated replies on dating apps may violate those platforms' terms of service — the user assumes full responsibility
  • Flyrte is a communication tool, not a relationship or dating service

3. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Flyrte. Dating and romantic content is not suitable for minors. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Flyrte:

  • Using Flyrte to harass, manipulate, or coerce any person
  • Generating offensive, abusive, threatening, or hateful messages
  • Using replies to deceive matches about your identity, intentions, or personal details
  • Scraping, botting, or automating access to the platform
  • Reselling generated content commercially without written permission
  • Using Flyrte for any non-consensual or unlawful purpose
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt Flyrte's services

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Platform Compliance Notice

Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, BharatMatrimony, Shaadi.com, and other dating platforms have their own Terms of Service. Using AI-assisted replies may violate their terms. Flyrte is not affiliated with any dating platform. Users accept full responsibility for compliance with third-party platforms.

6. Content Responsibility

  • Flyrte is not responsible for AI-generated content that causes harm, offence, or misunderstanding
  • Users must review all replies before sending and exercise their own judgment
  • Do not send replies that are dishonest, misleading, or harmful to others
  • You are fully responsible for the messages you send to your matches

7. Subscription & Billing Terms

  • Free tier: 5 AI generations per day
  • Pro tier: unlimited generations, billed monthly or annually
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings
  • No refunds for partial billing periods (see our Refund Policy for exceptions)
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

8. Intellectual Property

Flyrte owns all rights to the software, branding, and AI models powering the service. You retain ownership of your original content. Generated replies are provided for your personal use only.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
