Free Plan

Flyrte's Free plan requires no payment. You receive 5 AI generations per day at no cost. No refund is applicable or needed for the Free plan.

Pro Plan Refunds

Eligible for Refund
  • Charged but the feature is not working as described
  • Double charged or duplicate payment
  • Refund requested within 24 hours of first subscription payment only
Not Eligible
  • I didn't use it enough or changed my mind
  • After 24 hours of subscription start date
  • Mid-cycle cancellations (no prorated refunds)
  • Account was suspended for Terms of Service violation

How to Request a Refund

  • Email: support@flyrte.app
  • Subject: Refund Request — [your registered email]
  • Include: your registered email address and payment ID/transaction reference
  • Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

Response time: We aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing cycle.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. Repeated refund requests may result in account review.
