AI & Data Usage Policy

Flyrte uses advanced AI language models to generate reply suggestions for your dating conversations. When you paste a conversation or upload a screenshot, we send the extracted text to an AI model (powered by Anthropic Claude or OpenAI GPT) to generate tailored reply options.

The AI analyses context, tone, and conversation flow to suggest replies that feel natural and match your selected style — whether flirty, witty, confident, or warm.

Your personal conversations are never used to train AI models. We do not feed your private chats into model training datasets.

Only anonymised usage patterns (e.g., "users often request witty tones for Hinge openers") may be used to improve Flyrte's prompt engineering and feature development. No personally identifiable information or conversation content is included in these patterns.

Your conversation content is sent to AI providers for processing. The content is subject to their respective privacy policies:

We select providers based on their commitment to data privacy and their policies against using customer data for model training without explicit consent.

When you upload a chat screenshot, we use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and vision AI to extract the text from the image.

• Screenshot images are uploaded temporarily for processing only
• Images are deleted immediately after text extraction is complete
• Screenshot images are never stored on our servers
• Extracted text follows the same real-time processing and deletion policy as pasted text

When you paste messages from your matches, that involves third-party content from people who have not consented to Flyrte's processing.

• Your match's messages are processed solely to help you generate a reply
• Their data is never stored, profiled, or analysed beyond the immediate reply generation
• We have no affiliation with any dating platform and do not share data with them
• We do not build databases of dating conversations or user behaviour patterns

We believe you deserve to know exactly how your sensitive dating data is handled. If our AI data practices change, we will notify all users before implementing those changes. You can request a full explanation of how your data was processed by emailing privacy@flyrte.app.
